Mr. Hesse has served more than a decade on the bank’s Board. He is a local attorney, practicing since April 1975 in Louisiana and 5th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. He sits on the Compliance and Audit committees. Additionally, Mr. Hesse formerly served as Vice Chairman of WF Planning & Zoning Commission; WF Subdivision Committee; Feliciana Visions, Inc. Board member; Director SF Chamber of Commerce; and provides pro-bono legal services for many area foundations and churches. He also served as Representative to the LA State Bar Association House of Delegates; LA Bar Association Board of Governors; Vice Chairman of LA Bar Association Board of Specialization. Mr. Hesse is also a Lifetime member of WF Historical Society.
