A graduate of LSU, Mr. Leak started as a lender in Baton Rouge before founding BSF, opening in 1978. He is a founder of SF Chamber of Commerce, initial member of the WF Planning and Zoning Commission, Chairman of the Board for WF Community Development Foundation, co-founder of Feliciana Vision, Inc. He served as a member/former board of Rotary Club of SF. Mr. Leak also served on the Boards of Louisiana Bankers Association, Hospice of Baton Rouge, Council for a Better Louisiana, SF Chapter of the Louisiana Symphony, and Istrouma Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a former member of the Capital Area United Way Board of Directors.
