Jeremy Aydell received a master’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University in 2004 and earned his CPA certification in 2005. Over the course of his professional accounting career, he worked for the CPA firm Hannis T. Bourgeois, LLP as an auditor and for Huntsman as an executive accountant. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Jeremy invested in the Sport Clips Haircuts franchise in 2010, and currently owns and operates 16 locations in Louisiana and Mississippi. He is also a real estate investor, predominantly in commercial properties.
Jeremy is a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs and the AICPA. He served on the board of the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce from 2019-2022 and was chair of their governmental affairs committee in 2021-22. In 2023 he joined the board of directors for Jobs for America’s Graduates–Louisiana (JAG-LA). He has also been recognized as one of Baton Rouge Business Report’s Forty under 40, LSU’s 100 Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses, Sport Clips National Team Leader of the Year, and International Franchise Association Franchisee of the Year. Jeremy currently resides in Livingston Parish with his wife, Lori, of 14 years and their two children, Taylor and Carter.
