As Governor Edwards announced earlier this month, Louisiana will be taking the first steps towards Phase 1 of safely reopening. Starting Monday, May 18th, Bank of St. Francisville will cautiously begin to lift our restrictions at our St. Francisville location. Below are the details of our "phase 1," in which we prioritize the safety of customers and employees alike.
Lobby - Commercial customers or loan appointments only
We will only allow access to our lobby for commercial customers who have made an appointment. The coin counter will be available to customers only and must be by appointment only. Only 3 (three) customers will be admitted at one time. For appointments, contact Bess Kelley by email or call 225-784-3248.
Loan Lobby - Open by appointment only
All meetings will take place in our board room, which has a door that opens to the courtyard. Entrance and exit will be through those doors only.
For appointments, contact Erin Grantham or Heather Thompson. For Erin, click here to email or call 225-784-3223. For Heather Thompson click here to email or call 225-784-3249.
Drive Thru - Fully Open with designated "Commercial Only" Lane

Those wishing to handle their personal finances will be asked to drive around to the designated lanes for non-commercial accounts.Drive Thru Hours:
